    It looks just like the freud routers. I have the Freud 2 1/2 HP and like it alot.

      That one's got their famous BodyGrip. Very well built router....very stout for it's amp rating. The biggest drawback is that there's no variable speed control. Gotta get the 5616 to get VS...either that or buy an HF VS controller for $10 on sale.
      Happiness is sort of like wetting your pants....everyone can see it, but only you can feel the warmth.

        I have wanted one of these since they came out. It is built like a tank. The ability to use it with one hand is nice.

          Yup, I have one of these and it is the router I grab first. Over my Dewalt 618's, and my PC ones.

            I've had one for 4 years now. My number one handheld router. I don't see the lack of variable speed as a drawback unless you trying to sling big panel raising bits. Used mine in the table for three years till I got the big honkin Triton. Pat
